Oxhey Jets' John Elliott said a "shake up" was on the cards after a dismal 4-0 loss to Sun Postal Sports.
"Some players don't seem to care whether we win or lose," said Elliott.
"The team seems to give up when they are losing. I was not impressed with the attitude in the last 20 minutes."
After a good first half showing, Jets were disappointed to go into the break 1-0 down, with Sun working hard to provide the base for their win.
Sun netted from the spot in the second half and, from that point on, it was all one way traffic, with Jets' keeper David Jacks not having a good day as Ben Cowen (two), Micky Woolner and Wade Walker all found a way past him.
