Sun will face Agrevo Sports in their Aubrey Cup semi-final after overcoming Elliott Star.
Micky Woolner provided a two goal lead within ten minutes, but Sun relaxed after the early flurry and Elliott fought back.
The third did not arrive until ten minutes after the break when Matt Catlin, back from injury, netted on his debut.
From this point, the game opened up, as Elliott threw caution to the wind and Sun netted again through Ben Cowen and were then granted an own goal.
