Sun Sports drew 2-2 with Chipperfield Corinthians on Saturday but made a case for taking all there points.
Jim Harrison's 20 yard shot gave Sun the lead after only three minutes, but Chipperfield were 2-1 up by half time.
Sean Houghton pounced on a goal-keeping error for the equaliser before Warren Birch headed in a corner to put them 2-1 up.
Sun had the best of the second half but did not convert a point until Andy Wood converted Alan Langdale's cross in the 86th minute.
"We were all over them in the second half," said Sun's Tom Barber.
