"Hep me or I quit" - manager Seabrook

Sun Sports manager Graham Seabrook will be quitting at the end of the season - unless a management committee is set up.
Seabrook is tired of running the club almost single handed an has made it clear that if changes are not made then he will be off at the end of the season.
"At the moment every decision is falling upon my shoulders," said Seabrook, "and I'm not prepared to continue organising the club on my own."
"Too many people down there are not willing to lend a hand, and unless I'm given some help, then I won't be at Sun next season."
Seabrook, who has been at the club for 12 years, the last two as manager, feels that he should be free to run the first team and not have to worry about fund raising activities.
"There has got to be a management committee to take care of the other side of football," said Seabrook, "One man can't do it on his own."
Sun's secretary, Ron Unsworth, has already resigned and unless changes are made, there could be another big departure from the Sun before the end of the year.
Meanwhile, Sun chalked up their most impressive victory of the season with a one goal victory at Borehamwood Rangers, which effectively quashed Rangers' chance of sneaking the title from either Cockfosters or Whitwell.
Sun's achievement was made even more remarkable because they fielded three players from their West Herts side.
Jim Kempster, Rupert Brown and goalkeeper Mick Deveraux all turned out and gave 150 per cent.
Sun's winner came after only 20 minutes through Denny Fletcher, although Barry Smith could have made it two when he rounded the goalkeeper, only to be foiled at the last minute.
