Sun Postal Sports 3 Kings Langley 3                        1997/98                                 HCL Prem

Postal overjoyed by a very late delivery

Ten man Sun Postal hit three goals in the last nine minutes in an amazing comeback against Kings Langley on Tuesday night.
Trailing 3-0 and with John White having been sent off, Sun looked dead and buried as the game entered the closing stages.
Phil Walker's predatory instincts earned him two goals in the last six minutes of the first half and, when Phil Reid exposed gaps at the back for Langley's third in the 79th minute; it looked all over.
However, Jim Harrison looped a shot over Alan Grew in the 81st minute to make it 3-1 and Sun sensed a chance when Paddy Gallagher's 30 yard drive flashed through a crowd of players and into the net four minutes later.
Then, with virtually the last kick, Lee Pope spotted grew off his line and executed a delightful chip on the run from 25 yards.
It went some way to making up for Sun's 4-0 drubbing at the hands of defending champions Elliott Star on Saturday.
