Evergreen are now seven points clear of the chasing bunch...and are going to take some stopping.
They stretched their lead at the top of the Premier Division with this win over Sun.
Sun's lightweight attack - they were again without Roger Cowan and John McKell - never posed any problems for Evergreen and goals from Dave Thomas early in the first half and John Field, heading home a Paul Benning corner just after the break, were enough to see them home.
Sun's best chance fell to Tony Evident whose superb shot was brilliantly turned around by goalkeeper Mick Kavanagh late in the second half.
