But the real hero of the afternoon was goalkeeper Gary Boarder who pulled off a string of fine saves to earn Sun a point - their third draw on the trot.
Sun. without the services of strikers Roger Cowan, who was at a wedding, and John McKell, in pain with a mouth abscess, were good value for their point.
