Sun Sports 2 Kings Langley 1                              1989/90                                    HCL Prem

There were twists and turns aplenty with Sun Sports and Rolls Royce finishing the season both with 57 points along with London Colney and Bedmond ,but with their goal difference putting Sun and Rolls in third and fourth places respectively.
Rolls had finished their season a week earlier and so were sitting back and looking for a miracle that had to come in the form of Bedmond, London Colney and Sun Sports all drawing their final matches.
Sun had a slightly better chance and beat Kings Langley 2-1 on Saturday to secure third spot.
Dean Cripps put Sun ahead after 10 minutes but his side ended up scoring all three goals in the match with the unfortunate Johnny White putting the ball past his own keeper to put Langley on level terms.
Mark Anderson popped up in the last minute though to see Sun home.
