On Saturday, Sun created plenty of chances but still lost, going down 1-0 at home to St Margaretsbury.
Tony Quarlena headed against the bar and put an effort wide after rounding the keeper.
"We should have got at least something out of the two games, but there have been some encouraging signs," said Sun boss Doug Davies.
