Sun Sports recovered from a disastrous start In the Herts Charity Shield game with South Midland League side Pirton - only to lose the tie with the very last kick of the game.
Sun were two goals down after only 15 minutes, but their fighting spirit saw them level.
Midfielder Andy Vale made it 2-1 and then with just five minutes left Billy Addinall, who had earlier hit a post, struck an equaliser.
However, with extra time looming, Pirton snatched a winner.
With two further cup games in the next two weeks, Sun may well find themselves losing touch with the teams at the foot of the Premier Division.
