Royston Town, league leaders, sunk to a 3-0 defeat at Sun Sports.
The scores were level at half time but once Barry Hale had headed Sun into a 65th minute lead, the local side never looked back.
Graham Legg's long free kick went straight through the Royston goalkeeper's hands and two minutes later Dave Churchill glanced home Jimmy Totton's free kick for a fine win.
