Bedmond 2 Sun Sports 2 1984/85 HCL Prem
Bedmond bounced back from being 2-0 down to rivals Sun Sports to earn themselves a point in the Premier Division.
"We showed a lot of character," said Bedmond boss John Cooper.
Sun led through Mark East first half penalty - Bedmond's big centre back Jim Carson was adjudged to have fouled Willy Ahearn in the box - and Tony Duckett made it 2-0 after the break.
However, Carson redeemed himself with a stunning header from full back Tom Healey's cross and Alan Coe, in similar fashion, nodded an equaliser from a Peter Balmer centre.
"The point keeps us in second place, but we must step up a gear if we are going to win the league." added Cooper.
