Sun Sports' boss Don Keen brought in Dennis Fletcher and Larry McGettigan from the reserves after his "There will be changes" pledge of last week.
Both men played their part in the excellent 1-0 win at Hadley.
"We missed a few chances, but the attitude was so much better." said Keen.
Andy Vale nabbed he only goal after just five minutes, running through unchallenged to steer his 25 yard drive beyond the goalkeeper.
