Sun Sports, who last week earned themselves a reprieve in this year's FA Vase with an exciting 4-4 draw, failed to raise their game in the replay on Saturday and slipped out of the competition.
The character shown in last week's remarkable recovery was lacking at Kew's ground and an early goal from the South Midland side proved to be decisive.
"There can be no excuses," said Sun manager Graham Seabrook, "We didn't play particularly well and they deserved the result. But we certainly enjoyed playing in this competition and playing against these sides can only do you good."
