Sun Sports grabbed a lifeline by beating already doomed Leverstock Green 1-0.
Martin Ashby scored the all important goal about 20 minutes from time.
The victory lifts Sun to fifth from the bottom and it now looks like a straight dog fight between themselves and Colney Heath for the other relegation spot alongside Leverstock and Bovingdon.
