With a new committee behind them, manager Graham Legg is hoping for a better season, "We've finished eighth the past two seasons so it would be nice to go one better," he said.
The majority of the squad have remained loyal, although he has lost winger Willy Ahearn, who has moved out of the area, and defender Peter Lawrence, whose work commitments may keep him away from football.
The good news for Legg is that he has signed big David Vart, a strapping, brave 6ft 4in goalkeeper, while defender Dean Cripps will continue to play for the club, despite moving to Romford.
"I don't think he's missed a training session," said Legg.
The Sun manager is also hoping to have former Bedmond midfielder Roy Garratt playing regularly.
