Referee Roger Francis was in the wars during the Sun Sports - Rolls Royce clash.
Francis, one of the most respected officials on the local circuit, injured his jaw after a collision with a player.
He resumed duties after treatment and played an important role in making the "derby" game an exciting affair.
Sun's Kevin McKenna notched a game winning brace after Gary Harper had given Rolls an early lead when he neatly converted a Dave Sear through-ball.
