Sun Sports 3 Bedmond Social 2 1987/88 HCL Prem
Leaders Sun Sports came back from the dead to beat Bedmond 3-2 - and stay on top of the table.
It was an amazing win for Sun who were 2-0 down at the break and seemingly heading for a heavy defeat.
Dennis Tracey and Glyn Spurr put Bedmond in the driving seat but Sun showed a lot of spirit after the break to pull two goals back through Brian and Martin Ashby and then grabbed a winner from the penalty spot.
Paul Creasy clashed with Chris Price in the box and the referee pointed to the spot.
Mark Anderson beat goalkeeper John Gallagher and Sun went away with all three points.
"Robbery," said Bedmond boss John Cooper.
"I felt both their goals were offside and it was never a penalty. They certainly had the luck this week."
The win keeps Sun on target to finish with 59 points this season - a total Langley's Derry Edgar feels will be enough to win the title.
"We've just got to win every game and then sit back and wait for the others to catch us," said Sun boss Doug Davies.
