Sun sets on Social

Bedmond Social's title hopes are left in tatters after a 4-1 drubbing at the hands of Sun Sports on Saturday.
Social needed the win to keep Mount Grace at bay  but defeat leaves them just three points ahead of Grace but having played four games more.
Bedmond's John Cooper said: "Only a miracle would give us the title now. We had the chance but we blew it. I think we were 12 points clear at the top at one stage but we haven't won since February and are just not playing well at all."
All looked rosy when Bedmond took the lead but after Mark Goodman hit back on the half hour with a 20 yard free kick Sun never looked back.
Brian Ashby lobbed in goal number two and Graham Joyce's 20 yard volley wrapped the game up before Andy Woods touched the ball home from 10 yards to complete the drubbing.
Sun's Tom Barber admitted: "From what I have seen Mount Grace are the best side in the league as they play the best football. The 4-1 result definitely reflected the game as we totally dominated proceedings after they had scored."

In the Reserve Division Two Sun Reserves drew 1-1 with De Haviland Reserves.
