The long throws of Dean Cripps set up Sun Sports for a 4-2 success against ICI (Welwyn).
The striker set up three of his team's goals with his massive throws into the box, but Sun manager Graham Legg was far from happy with the overall performance.
"We gave away two sloppy goals and were lucky to be level at the interval. The lads themselves weren't happy with their display," he said.
However, Tony Spicer - a late replacement for Graham Joyce - turned in a masterful 90 minutes which should secure his place in the team.
