Cockfosters 0 Sun Sports 2 1973/74 HCL Prem
Playing his last game for Sun Sports before beginning a 14 day suspension, Ray Cole turned on a scintillating show in the fine 2-0 win at Cockfosters on Saturday.
Cole, banned for being sent off in the league match against Leavesden Hospital in December, scored both the Sun goals and worried the home defence for the entire game.
His second goal was the high-spot of the match - a sizzling 25 yard half volley after a good cross from coloured winger Rupert Brown.
But Cole was not the only star.
It was in fact, Sun's most competent performance for some time and the 2-0 scoreline was lenient on Cockfosters.
