Leverstock Green 1 Sun Sports 1                                1983/84                         Aubrey Cup

Leverstock Green and Sun Sports meet again tomorrow having failed to be separated after 120 minutes at Pancake Lane.
A goal apiece in extra time was all they could manage although both managers saw enough to give them hope of progressing to the third round.
Green's Ted Suckling said: "We played some good, controlled football and I felt that we finished the game stronger than them. I think we have a good chance of going through.
Graham Legg of Sun added: "On the amount of possession we had we should have won. But the quality of the final ball was not quite what it should have been."
When Willie Ahearn put Su  ahead after 104 minutes, Legg thought it was all over, "I just could not see them scoring," he said.
But Keith Herd had other ideas and four minutes later tucked away his only chance of the game after cutting in from the wing.
Green had been forced to re-shuffle their line up when Terry Taping pulled out on Friday evening with a flu virus.
Mitch Humphreys took over at sweeper and he responded to his call up with an outstanding display.
