Colney Heath v Sun Sports     16th August 2016      SSML Premier

Sun travelled up the road to the Recreation Ground in Colney Heath for their first league away match of the season and came away with a creditable 2-2 draw.
Sun kicked off but it was Heath who pressed on and started the strongest and were rewarded by a looped goal over Matty Evans who was in a dilemma of coming out to the ball or leaving it but Danielson Vincente took the goal well for Colney to take the lead after 9 minutes.
But Sun were back in the game after 17 minutes with a fantastic move from the centre circle to goal thanks to deft touches from the new dual registration player from Aylesbury John Smith, whose pass to Dom David was flicked on to Chris Blunden, who chested the ball down to his feet and flicked it forward to Dom David to strike the ball beautifully to fly into the top right hand corner of the goal for another goal of the season contender!!
Ten minutes later and the Sun were in the lead.
Smith again picked the ball up in the Heath penalty area and passed back to Chris Blunden who floated the ball with his right foot to curl the ball into the top left hand corner of the goal.
Half time
Colney Heath 1 Sun Sports 2
The second half started and Colney Heath pressured and tried to get a quick equaliser while the Sun were half asleep.
The Magpies wingers were dangerous throughout the game and found more room to get crosses in which seemed that it wouldn't take long before Heath would get a leveller if the Sun didn't get their fingers out.
Matty Evans in the Sun goal made some great saves to keep the Sun ahead and the Sun eventually got back into the match but the attacks petered out.
Twenty one minutes to go and Tremayne Charles broke down the right for Colney Heath and cracked a shot hard and true towards the Sun goal which Matty Evans failed to keep out.
From the kick off Sun attempted to get back in front but couldn't get the connections like they had in the first half.
Heath had one more decent shot at go which Evans blocked and the match finished with a fair point each.
