Battle of the planets

After winning the first match of this double header on Saturday, Star's fortunes were reversed in the second.
Kevin Cooper's magnificent second minute strike ensured a good start for Elliotts in the opening game.
Having received a fine ball from James O'Connell, Cooper deftly weaved his way past two Sun players, before confidently slotting home. However, the hosts soon equalised.
Star went looking to regain their early lead through Dean Renphrey and Kevin Cooper.
Renphrey, after dashing up the right wing and beating two Sun men, wasted his shot.
Cooper also beat off two opposition players only to see his attempt turned over the bar by the keeper.
In the second half, Sun went on the offensive but Elliott's keeper Picton was more than a match for them.
Star regained the lead through Danny Wicks who launched a superb strike into the hosts' net. Wicks delivered Star's third goal with a 30-yarder after he linked up with O'Connell and Cooper.
The second game saw Star eclipsed by Sun whose number 11 buried the ball into Elliotts' net.
Sun's number four made it 2-0.
Following a series of missed shots, Star finally found the back of the net thanks to Stevie Buss and Kevin Cooper. The former headed a brilliant ball towards Cooper who fired home.
