London Tigers v Sun Sports 19th March 2016 SSML Premier
Sun took away from Greenford a share of the spoils in an entertaining match against London Tigers.
Sun were a little out of sorts for the first half and a stunning goal for London Tigers in the 13th minute didn't help things.
Despite this it didn't really start things rolling for Sun until the start of the second half where Kyle Johnson directed a deft header away from the Tigers keeper leaving him rooted to the spot.
Sun fans might have thought that Sun would run the show from there but that wasn't to be the case as the Tigers went up virtually from the re-start to take the lead again to make it 2-1.
The confidence certainly didn't drain from the Sun as they pushed forward and Jack Johnson, Ashley Lewis and Dom Dickinson all had great chances and would have scored but for the Tiger's keeper who was in great form.
However with 70 minutes gone he couldn't stop a piledriver of a shot from that man again Kyle Johnson who has now scored three goals in two games after his debut goal on Tuesday night against Colney Heath.
Tigers tried to come back into the match again and had a counter attack which took Ross Hampton out of position but Jack Johnson was there to block not only one shot but two in front of goal.
At around the same time substitute Brett Kelly, who came on earlier for Karl Penny, had to go off with a knee injury and there was only one man on the bench to come on.
Step up Sun Sports manager Paul Hobbs who came on and played up front for the final quarter of the match.
A dream ending would have been for Hobbs to get onto the end of something to knock the ball in for a winner but unfortunately that wasn't to happen as both clubs take a draw for the second time this season.
