Eight goals in second half

Few would have dared predict such a runaway win for Sun in the Premier Division of the Herts County League at Colney Heath on Saturday.
At half time not a goal had been scored....and it took one from the home side early in the second half to prompt Sun to discover their shooting boots.
In the end Sun were worthy of their mammoth victory.
Even in the first half they enjoyed the lion's share of the play and squandered at least half a dozen good chances.
Sun's seven goals were scored by Gerry Bunce (2), Peter Nicholson (2), and terry Reynolds who secured a hat trick.
Ron Cole, while not getting off the mark himself, produced several of the passes which brought goals.
Roger Wootton did excellent work in defence and was in no small way responsible for the efficient work of the rearguard.
