Phillips' trio turns the scales

A fine second half hat trick by inside left Barry Phillips saved the day and converted a 2-0 deficit into a 3-2 victory for Sun Sports in the Premier division on Saturday.
Powerful London Colney, who only a week earlier had gained an away win over championship aspirants Leavesden, made little impression against the Sun defence in the early stages, although Dave Cresswell twice cleared off the Sun goal line.
Two goals in the first five minutes of the second half shocked Sun into action and after 65 minutes, Phillips got his first.
After 80 minutes, Terry Reynolds hit the bar and Phillips smashed home the rebound.
The goal that brought Sun's first ever win on the Colney ground was a cracker - again from Phillips.
