Sun win with late goal

A last minute goal by Terry Hogan after a fine second half rally gave Sun a well deserved victory on a heavy pitch at Stansted on Saturday.
Sun could hardly have had a less auspicious start to the game.
They were in arrears within a minute of the start when a long distance shot caught the defence flat-footed and dropped into the net.
Roger Millest made amends for the visitors in the fourth minute by scoring from a through pass which split the Stansted defence but the home side had the better of the play and took the lead again after 31 minutes.
The game might have taken a different turn had the home side converted a penalty eight minutes later but Alan Butler turned the ball away for a corner.
Sun took command after the interval and within ten minutes Phil Bass pulled them back to level terms.
With the light fading and the home supporters anticipating a draw, Terry Hogan lobbed the ball over the goalkeeper's head in the 89th minute to give Sun both the points.
