Sun had more punch

There was not much to choose between the defences in this Division One game, but Sun's superior shooting earned them the points.
They have now obtained 11 points from their last six games, making a total of 16.
Moulder played another sound game at centre half for the Sun, who soon settled down.
Compton put then ahead after 15 minutes after the start, and although Hatfield went close the visitors held on to their lead until the 53rd minute, when Hatfield equalised.
For a few minutes Sun were forced on the defensive, but they weathered the storm, and five minutes from the end Compton beat the opposing centre half and went on to score the winning goal.
