Sun Sports 0 Kings Langley 2 1951/52 HCL Div One
"Needle" points went to Langley
Kings Langley took another two valuable points at the expense of Sun Sports in a match which sometimes had the attributes of a needle cup-tie.
Sun maintained their improved form and kept a clean sheet until half time.
Their attack, however, was not often allowed to develop, for Snell, at right back for Kings Langley, was in grand form and McCormack was master in the centre.
Langley took the lead halfway through the second half when Lee headed home a corner kick.
With seven minutes left for play, Moorton put the issue beyond doubt.
Murray played well for Sun Sports.
Sun Sports: Wells, Barnett, Darnell, Bunce, Eldridge, Murray, Simmonds, Element, Hutton, Beach, Maley
