Hard Fight For Sun

Sun, third from the top in the Division 1 table, were given a surprisingly hard fight by Nortons, in the unenviable position of  third from bottom.
With the wind favouring them in the first half, the home team naturally had more of the play.
They took the lead in the sixth minute through Mellor, and in the 33rd minute Brightman added a second.
Nortons hit back to reduce the arrears before half-time and 15 minutes after the interval they scrambled the equaliser.
Sun, certainly had a to go all out for the winner, Brightman had the privilege of heading it home and so giving Sun another "double".
