Sun Sports 1 Kings Langley 3                                    1956/57                              HCL Premier

Human scores three goals for Kings Langley

Team spirit and three goals by B Human more than made up for the one man deficit in a Kings Langley side which deserved two hard earned points on Saturday.
The early stages of the game were evenly contested, with both ends seeing much of the ball without the goalkeepers being troubled.
After 20 minutes, what looked like an easy pick up for John Butchell was mistimed and Human, following up, retrieved the ball and scored Langley's first.
He nearly scored another a few minutes later when he hit the post, but he was again rewarded before the interval, when he headed home a right wing centre.
Human was in great form on this, his return to the first team.
Sun came straight back into the game, and after 29 minutes a cross by John Carpenter was headed home by Ken Noble.
Sun's best effort's came after the interval, when Noble hit the crossbar.
Then the inside forward ran clean through the Langley defence, and with only the goalkeeper to beat, shot wide.
Kings Langley were also peppering the woodwork but could not seem to increase their lead.
Eventually Human came to the rescue when, late in the game, he went through the middle and drove his third goal past the advancing keeper.
