One point was poor reward

The Sun, who have been having a lean time of it just lately, ought to have collected two points on Saturday, but as it was they had to be content with a half share of both goals and points.
Territorially the Sun had more of the play, although Tabulators came very close to scoring in the opening minutes when they struck the post.
Kinsey did likewise for the Sun just after this, but the interval arrived with the score sheet blank.
Eight minutes after resuming, Tabulators scored from a corner, but the Sun were not to be denied.
They did all the attacking, and it was only justice when Doig converted a 25 yards shot seven minutes from time.
