Sun beaten in league thriller
Until the final whistle shrilled, the outcome of this game was in doubt.
It was possibly the best game seen at Parkside Drive this season.
The Sun played well for the most part, but first time clearances were sometimes needed.
Pirton, on the other side, were an eager side, and by employing the long ball and cutting out the frills they quickly made ground.
First blood was drawn by the Sun in the fifth minute when Maley intercepted the visiting keeper's clearance and drove it into the net before he could recover.
Ten minutes later Castle put Pirton on terms and completed the first half scoring.
Five minutes after the resumption Leach again gave the Sun the advantage, but a quarter of an hour later Walker made the score two apiece.
Becoming more aggressive, Castle netted the Pirton winner when his shot was deflected out of Powell's reach.
