Sun, beaten last week in the Aubrey Cup Competition, returned to the winning groove against Knebworth on Saturday to record their second win in the Herts County League (Division One).
Sun displayed plenty of skill and once Eddie Rolfe had given them an early lead they looked set for victory.
Rolfe was a dangerous Sun raider and in the 17th minute he broke through the Knebworth defence to make a great chance for Fisher, which was readily accepted.
The visitors hit back and reduced the leeway, but Slade negated this by heading home from a corner.
A Rolfe centre five minutes after half time had the opposing defence in trouble again, and when the ball was only partially cleared, Willis was on hand to steer it home.
Knebworth were still full of fight, and although they managed to score two further goals Sun answered both through Slade and Fisher.
Once the defence settles down and mark's closer, Sun could have a useful side.
