Wind helped Tabulators

Although a draw was perhaps a true result in this Herts County League (Division one) game on Saturday, with a little luck Sun could have collected both points.
In the first half, for instance, Maley on four occasions struck the woodwork or the side netting.
A strong cross wind proved a hindrance to both teams, but it certainly assisted Tabulators in saving a point.
Midway through the opening period, Fox put the home side ahead, but Maley retrieved the situation, when just prior to half time, he put the Sun on level terms.
After the changeover, Tabulators played more go-ahead football, but the sound visiting defence frustrated their efforts.
With eight minutes to go, Moulder put Sun Sports ahead, only to see Johnson equalise two minutes later, the wind assisting the home side with a ground shot.
