Sun beaten in extra time

At Mitcham on Friday, Sun lost by an extra time goal in the final of the Natsopa Charity Shield and were a little unfortunate to do so.
In the first half Sun dominated the exchanges and should have crossed over well in front.
They were thwarted, however, by excellent goalkeeping.
Play was much more even after the interval.
Sun entered extra time with only 10 fit men -  George Newstead hobbling along the right wing.
They continued to give a good account of themselves and it was not until well into the first half of added time that Weekend Mail scored what proved to be the decider.
Sun tried desperately hard to equalise and got in plenty of shots.
Nevertheless, the Mail goal remained intact.
