Their second home defeat

De Havilland failed to maintain their recent form against a well balanced Sun Sports side and met with their second home reverse of the season.
In the first 15 minutes play was confined to midfield, with the half backs on both sides dominating the exchanges.
Then the Sun broke away on the left and when the centre came across, Peter Watt was there to put Sun in the lead.
De Havilland drew level when Donovan forced a corner and Stephenson, with his back to the goal, hooked the ball into the net.
Sun, however, were soon back in the lead, Watt forcing his way through to score although challenged by three defenders.
To complete the scoring, Lamport lobbed the ball in off an upright midway through the second half.
