Trophy is still with the Sun

In the annual meeting between these two teams for the Hazell-Sun Cup, played at Aylesbury on Saturday, Sun had little difficulty in retaining the trophy.
In doing so they played excellent, open football.
The defence, too, gave a good showing, and the result was never in doubt.
before Hazells got in an attack, Sun took the lead through Willis, and in the twelfth minute Williams scored a second.
Fleet reduced the arrears with a penalty, after which it was one way traffic until the interval, Bass scoring twice and Kenny once to make the interval total 5-1.
Lamport scored direct from a corner for the sixth goal, and after Fleet netted for the home side, Williams and Moulder took the tally to eight.
