Sun again in Final

For the third year in succession the Sun entered the final of this competition, and this year they have
entered in no uncertain fashion.
At half time the Sun were leading by an only goal, and it looked like it would be a hard fight.
This was not to be, however, for on resuming the Press defence tired, and the last half hour saw the Sun forwards in irresistible form.
Leach missed a "sitter" after 20 minutes, but ten minutes from half time he made amends when he headed home McDonald's centre.
The Press made the running for a while after the resumption.
Half an hour was left for play when Leach found the net for a second time, and after this the rot set in for the Press.
Compton and Doig added to the Sun tally before Everitt replied with a consolation goal for the visitors.
After this it was all Sun-shine.
Ashcroft (2), Doig and McDonald completed the scoring.
